The Story: Robin Hood is a Saxon Prince, but he isn’t rich or famous, he hasn’t any castles and he lives in the Sherwood forest near Nottingham.
He helps the unlucky and poor people.
He robs from the rich to give to the poor.
Robin’s enemy is the Sheriff of Nottingham, Robin hates him.
Robin marries Lady Marian with the help of Little John and his friends.
Later on Robin lives more happily with all his friends in the Sherwood forest than before the marriage.
Time of the story: Robin lives in the crusade time.
In this time King Richard goes to the crusade and his brother John becomes King and attacks poor people.
My Comment: I appreciate this book, Dumas can write very very well.
Robin Hood is brave, gentle and loyal.
I like the adventures of Robin Hood and his friend.
